Myapp -platform linuxfb:fb=/dev/fb0 -plugin tslib:/dev/input/event0 The driver code for both GPU models is available in the Mesa upstream repository. I have a main Widget and set the appropriate flags in the constructor: MainWidget::MainWidget(QLabel *parent) Unfortunately, as you may have guessed, this also means that driver work on one GPU won’t be directly useful for the other, and that any new feature development that we do for the Raspberry Pi 4 driver stack won’t naturally transport to Raspberry Pi 3.

I read up on the Qt5 docs and how to get touch events in my app. I added the following environment variables to /etc/profile for tslib support in Qt5: # For Qt5 Touchscreen SupportĮxport LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/usr/lib/arm-linux-gnueabihf/Įxport QT_QPA_PLATFORM_PLUGIN_PATH=/usr/lib/plugins/platformsĮxport QT_QPA_GENERIC_PLUGINS=tslib:/dev/input/event0Įxport QT_QPA_EVDEV_TOUCHSCREEN_PARAMETERS=/dev/input/event0Įxport TSLIB_TSDEVICE='/dev/input/event0' I also made sure that ts_test spit out data when I touched the screen. RPi Firmware Adds full support for RPi02W Based on piCore 13 OpenSSL 1. If you see a warning on the insitu update, you should not proceed until you build your driversee pCP Kernels.

Significant changes Kernel 5.10.77 Removed out of tree Realtek wifi drivers from Kernel. I installed tslib and ran a quick ts_calibrate. For supportsee this topic on Squeezebox Forum. If I 'evtest' that device and touch the screen, I get output so I know the events are being delivered in Linux: /dev/input $ evtest I've cross compiled a new Kernel for the Pi with those modules and they load fine and create a /dev/input/event0 device in Raspbian. The tsc2007.ko module is in the Raspbian Kernel tree but the tsp_raspi.ko can be found here.

The touchscreen controller requires the "tsc2007.ko" and "tsp_raspi.ko" kernel modules as described in the elinux post. I bought a Tontec 2.4 Inch Touchscreen ( ) for my Raspberry Pi.
